Each of the 20 large filterbags brews a gallon of tea. It's simple to make great iced tea. Place one filterbag in a pitcher or other half-gallon container. Fill container with hot water from coffee maker. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, gently squeeze bag and remove. Pour hot tea concentrate into three quarts cold water and serve over ice. Always store iced tea at room temperature and serve over ice. Dispose of any unused tea at the end of the day.
